"I hope this old train breaks down
Then I could take a walk around,
and see what there is to see,
time is just a melody.
All the people in the street
walk as fast as their feet can take them,
I just roll through town.
And though my windows got a view,
the frame I'm looking through
seems to have no concern for now.
Then I could take a walk around,
and see what there is to see,
time is just a melody.
All the people in the street
walk as fast as their feet can take them,
I just roll through town.
And though my windows got a view,
the frame I'm looking through
seems to have no concern for now.
I need this old train to breakdown,
Oh please just let me please breakdown."
Oh please just let me please breakdown."
- Breakdown by Jack Johnson -
Sometimes when I'm walking down the street or driving in my car, I look around at all the people and wonder. They're strangers that I'll most likely never see again in my life. But who are they, and what are their lives like? And it always amazes me to think of how many people there are in the world, and how God plays a personal role in each one of their lives.
^^^ The song "Breakdown" reminded me of that.
